Mowing/Trimming
.....Your property will be mowed using commercial rotary mowers, approximately every six to ten days. The number of cuttings in the contract is based upon weather conditions and desired maintenance. Trimming will be done with commercial line trimmers, at the time of each mow.

Edging
.....Your property will be edged if needed with a commercial straight edger. Edging will cut a clean edge along a hard surface such as a driveway or walkway.

Bed Edging
.....Bed edging is a 3-5 inch trench around existing flower, mulch, and tree beds. This service gives landscaping a neat and clean appearance.

Aeration
.....Aeration is the process of punching spaces into the soil to help roots get air, water, and nutrients. This is done in spring or fall to promote root growth for thicker, healthier grass.

Mulching
.....Mulching will be done around all existing flower, shrub and tree beds. This is done for not only cosmetic effect but to help retain soil moisture, weed control, prevents erosion, and improves soil balance.

Pre-Emergent Weed Control
.....An application of pre-emergent herbicide will be applied to all mulched beds, for weed control of beds.

Vegetation Control
.....Weed killer will be sprayed to vegetation growth in curbs, sidewalk cracks, parking lots and any other cemented areas.

Fertilization Program
o Round #1
.....Early spring application promotes recovery from winter stress. This may include crabgrass control, and broadleaf weed control.
o Round #2
.....Spring application will consist of a fertilizer that promotes color, thick grass, and good health. This may include more crabgrass control, and broadleaf weed control.
o Round #3
.....Late spring/early summer application is to fertilize for the summer ahead. Summer droughts and heat can stress a lawn. This is also a good time to treat for disease and insects.

o Round #4
.....Summer application is to feed your turf to help it fight summer stress. Summer fertilizer will be applied, and weed, insect, and disease control will be kept up.
o Round #5
.....Late summer/early fall is a continued feed to your turf to help fight lawn stress. We will continue to maintain weed, insect, and disease control.
o Round #6
.....Fall application is a balanced feeding to recover from summer stress. Fall feedings help prepare your lawn for the winter ahead.

Spring and Fall Cleanup
.....This service is a general clean up of the property and landscape. We would remove all leaves, sticks, and trash in the spring/fall clean up. In November fall clean up will be done after leaf removal.

Leaf Removal
.....Leaf removal will be done with a commercial leaf loader vacuum. Leafs will be removed off the entire property one time in November.

Tree and Shrub Installation
.....We will install and fertilize trees and shrubs. Fertilizing is done with slow release nutrients. Established trees will not be fertilized.

Flower Installation/Maintenance
.....This consists of preparation of soil, planting of flowers, and regular watering.

Pruning
.....During the growth season it is necessary to shape and maintain shrubs, bushes, and ornamental trees.

Junk Removal
.....This service is the general removal of all junk, such as you would find in garages, storage units, sheds, etc. Cost is based upon individual jobs.

Snow Removal
.....We will remove snow from parking lots, driveways, and walkways.
